Captain Dave Baker
Captain Baker began his career as an Explorer in 1992 at the age of 15 with the BMOP Volunteer Fire Company. In 1995, he became a volunteer Fire/fighter/EMT. He was hired as a full-time career firefighter by BMOP in 1999. Dave attained his paramedic certification from the University of Cincinnati in 2001.
When the Central Joint Fire – EMS District was formed, he was transitioned from BMOP as a full-time employee. In 2003, he became a Certified Fire Safety Inspector and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in 2004. Dave was promoted to the rank of Captain in March of 2013. As a line officer, he is responsible for all activities on his assigned shift.
Captain Baker has 23 years of experience in the fire service with 10 of those as a Lieutenant and 5 as a Captain. Captain Baker is also involved in the Clermont County Fire Investigation Team as a Fire Investigator.

Captain Greg Wehrum
Captain Wehrum began his fire service career in 1989 with the Williamsburg Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter. Captain Wehrum became a certified basic Firefighter later that same year. In 1992, Captain Wehrum received his certification as an Emergency Medical Technician. In 1994, received his professional Firefighter certification and started his professional career with the Loveland Symmes Fire Department. Captain Wehrum completed his Paramedic certification from the University of Cincinnati Paramedic Training Program in 1999. Captain Wehrum graduated from Hocking College, Columbia Southern University with an associates in Fire Science and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fire Administration.
Captain Wehrum has been with the Central Joint Fire-EMS District since May of 2004. He started with the District as a Firefighter/Paramedic and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in September of that same year. Captain Wehrum was recently promoted to the rank of Captain in May of 2018. Captain Wehrum is responsible for the Fire Prevention Division, Child Safety Seat Program and is the Commander of the District’s Honor Guard unit. Captain Wehrum has been involved with organizations such as Task Force One Regional Rescue Team as a specialist and the Clermont County Arson Task Force as a Fire Investigator. Captain Wehrum is also involved with the Syrian Shriners Clown Unit and has been past president of local community organizations such as Williamsburg Rotary Club and the Jaycees.

Captain Jason Hardyman
Lieutenant Jason Hardyman began his career in 1996 as an Explorer with Russellville Fire Department at the age of 16. In 1999, he attended Hocking College and obtained his Fire Fighter II, and EMT-B certifications. He obtained his Paramedic certification at the University of Cincinnati. Jason was hired on full-time with BMOP Fire Department in July of 2000.
When Central Joint Fire – EMS District was formed, he was transitioned from BMOP as a full-time employee. In 2003, he became a Basic Fire Investigator. In the years after, he attended classes in Hazardous Materials Technician, Hazmat confined Space Entry, Fire Inspector, VFIS E.V.D.T. “Train the Trainer”, and holds a current Blue Card Certification.
During his off-duty time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife Nichole and children, camping and other outdoor activities.

Lieutenant Don Snider
Lieutenant Don Snider began his fire career at the age of 16 with Miami Township Fire and EMS Fire Explorer Program in 2000. He transitioned to a Volunteer with Miami Township at the age of 19 and obtained his EMT-B from the University of Cincinnati in 2004. He obtained his Firefighter II Certification in 2005 from the Ohio Fire Academy. Lt. Snider continued his education at the University of Cincinnati and obtained his Paramedic certification in 2006.
Lieutenant Snider joined the Central Joint Fire and EMS District as a part-time Firefighter/Paramedic in 2007 and become a full time member of the department in early 2009. Don Snider has been an active member of the department throughout his years of service. He is a CPR Instructor, has served as House Fund Committee Chairman for several years and was the President of the Union. Lieutenant Snider has continued his education by attending many leadership classes through Butler Tech and the Ohio Fire Academy. Don was promoted to Lieutenant in June of 2018.
